Returns & Refunds Policy

At Wyld Gems, we want you to love every piece you purchase from us.

1. Return Window
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

2. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • All original packaging, tags, and certificates must be included

  • Item must not be customised, personalised, or marked as final sale

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom or personalised jewellery

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons, unless defective)

  • Final sale items

  • Gift cards

4. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return:

  • Email us at support@wyldgems.com with your order ID and reason

  • Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with instructions

  • Pack the item securely and ship it using a trackable courier

Note: Return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

5. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned item

  • Approved refunds will be credited within 5–7 business days to the original payment method

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share clear images/videos for verification

We will offer a free replacement or full refund.

7. Exchanges
We offer exchanges based on product availability. Please request an exchange via email.
